In his work Deepak creates an environment to help people feel heard, validated and respected without judgement. He is interested in helping people be the best version of themselves. His work with individuals focusses on identifying and interrupting unhelpful patterns of thinking and relating to others with the goal of building greater self-awareness, self-trust and healthy ways of connecting in relationships.
Deepak is passionate about couples. He works to help partners of all types bridge the gap they have between them to create a closer, more intimate connection. Deepak’s work with couples builds trust and safety within the partnership.
Deepak regularly collaborates with other professionals including teachers, psychologists, family doctors, and occupational therapists who are involved in his clients’ care.
Personal Background
Deepak enjoys watching hockey, exercising, photography and spending time with his family & friends.
Deepak has personal experiences with depression and anxiety in his family. He understands the impact of these issues for individuals and family members and values the strength required to take the steps towards overcoming them.
