Counselling Approach
In his work Deepak creates an environment to help people feel heard, validated and respected without judgement. He is interested in helping people be the best version of themselves in their efforts to pursue lifelong goals.
Deepak is passionate about couples and has been for years. He completed his master’s thesis in couples counselling and uses his skills to help partners of all types bridge the gap they have between them to create a closer, more intimate connection. Deepak’s support helps build trust and safety between partners and rekindle the spark in their relationship.
Personal Background
Deepak understands depression and anxiety, having family members who have struggled with both. These personal experiences have helped him appreciate the challenges these issues present and the strength it takes to ask for help.
Deepak enjoys exercise, photography, cooking, reading, travelling, and spending quality time with his friends and family. He also loves hockey – both as a player and as an avid fan!
