Jay is a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with older teens, adults and parents.
He has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto.
Jay worked for many years in post-secondary education and has extensive experience supporting the mental health and wellness needs of students of many ages.

Personal Background
Jay is a self-described “eclectic” individual with a rich and diverse background. He is a former ultra-marathon runner who has participated in global events across some of the world’s most extreme landscapes, including the Sahara, Atacama, and Kalahari Deserts.
In addition to his athletic pursuits, Jay has a deep love for the arts and music, and he began his journey as a touring musician. These diverse experiences have shaped his understanding of resilience, the human spirit, and the power of self-expression, all of which he brings into his therapeutic practice.
